There is something unique that happens at Synergy - The Retreat Show. For a few days each year, a global community of retreat leaders, hoteliers, travel designers, practitioners and visionaries comes together. Ideas are exchanged, perspectives shift and new ways of thinking begin to take shape. It is not just a gathering, but a moment of collective momentum for the wellness travel industry.
As powerful as those days are, the conversations they spark do not belong to a single moment in time, they are ongoing. The Source – Transformation Series, is our new open-access online programme to support conversation and community, beyond the event.

A NATURAL NEXT STEP
Over time, it becomes clear just how much knowledge, experience and insight exists within the Synergy community. As Founder and Managing Director Laura Montgomery reflects:

One of the most important aspects of the series is its commitment to the community itself. There is a remarkable depth of expertise within Synergy’s community, and this platform creates space for those voices to be heard more widely, extending to the wider wellness travel audience.
As Laura shares: “Importantly, it will also be a space where the remarkable expertise within our own community can be shared more widely. There is so much knowledge present among our attendees, and this series allows their voices to extend beyond the few days we gather in person.”
It is not designed as a one-way conversation, but a shared dialogue, with every session designed to be engaging and interactive.
