THE 2026 THREE-DAY RETREAT
Specially designed for industry professionals, the Synergy Immersions offer a considered way to integrate your Synergy - The Retreat Show experience.
Set in the alpine landscape of the Logar Valley in Slovenia, this post-Synergy three-day stay combines time in nature and space for personal wellbeing, combined with facilitated learning sessions and reflection. Surrounded by mountains, forests and clean crisp air, the environment naturally shifts the pace and creates the conditions for clearer thinking.
Guided by Scotty Johnson of Explore What Matters, the experience draws on a nature-based approach to help you step out of intensity, process what matters and reconnect with what is important for you going forward.
Alongside this, the setting and the hotel experience play an important role. Time outdoors, access to local activities, and space to rest are as much a part of the experience as the facilitated moments.
This is a natural continuation of Synergy, designed to help what you’ve experienced settle and take shape.

THE VENUE
Hotel Plesnik is set in the heart of the Logar Valley, one of Europe’s most unspoilt alpine landscapes.
The setting is quiet, expansive, and deeply connected to nature. Mountains rise directly from the valley floor, with forests, rivers, and open space immediately accessible from the hotel.
The design reflects the environment. Natural materials, simplicity, and uninterrupted views into the landscape create a space that encourages you to slow down without forcing it.
The hotel offers a range of experiences that allow you to engage with the surroundings, or step back and simply take time for yourself. It is a place that supports both reflection and restoration.
