Q. What drew you to Synergy and excites you most about your role?

After more than four decades in the wellness space, Synergy felt like a natural place for me to land. I’ve always believed in the power of travel, connection and transformative experiences, and Synergy brings all of those elements together. I’m excited to help connect people, places and ideas that inspire wellbeing and meaningful experiences.

Q. What value or daily practice do you bring to your work?

Tenacity. I truly never give up. I bring persistence, curiosity and a genuine passion for wellness to everything I do.

Q. What kind of traveler are you?

I’m an adventurous and curious traveler. I love connecting with locals, visiting homes, trying new things and experiencing the culture from the inside rather than just seeing the tourist highlights.

Q. Favourite country that you have travelled to?

It’s hard to choose because I’ve loved so many places, but Bhutan holds a special place in my heart.

Q. Do you have a favourite hotel or property?

The Six Senses properties in Bhutan were extraordinary. They beautifully reflect the spirit and landscape of the country while creating spaces that nurture reflection and wellbeing.

Q. What’s something about you that people might not guess at first glance?

I play the piano almost every day. I also wish I could sing, but I happily leave that to others.

Q. What keeps you grounded and centred?

My daily Transcendental Meditation practice. It centres me every morning and is the perfect way to begin my day.

Q. A travel moment that changed you?

Visiting temples in Seoul, South Korea was a powerful experience for me. It helped me realize that there is beauty and wisdom in many spiritual traditions beyond my own.

Q. What do you love about experiencing places through wellness and connection?

I’m deeply curious about how different cultures approach wellness and living well. Experiencing those perspectives firsthand creates a much deeper connection to a place.

Q. What’s most shaped your approach to wellbeing and personal growth?

I’m a lifelong learner. Staying curious and approaching life with a beginner’s mind has shaped my path and continues to guide me.

Q. What practice or teacher has impacted you in your life?

Transcendental Meditation has had a profound impact on my life. It helps me stay centered, clear and grounded each day.

Q. Your top three travel essentials?

A journal, my water bottle, and my flip-flops.

Q. What is your favourite book?

The Four Agreements. Its wisdom about living with integrity, awareness and compassion continues to inspire me.

Q. Where do you want to go next, and what’s the first thing you’d do there?

I would love to visit Iceland. Experiencing the geothermal waters of the Blue Lagoon and seeing the Northern Lights would be at the top of my list.
