Business Design CentreSituated in fashionable Islington, the Business Design Centre is London’s most stylish venue. Opened 20 years ago in 1986, and formerly the Royal Agricultural Hall, the building was rescued from demolition in 1981 by entrepreneur Sam Morris and was fully restored and re-opened as the UK’s first integrated trade, exhibition and conference complex. Today the BDC attracts in excess of half a million visitors every year.
Situated in one of London’s most vibrant areas, Islington, the BDC is located within 2 miles of both the City and the West End, and is ideally situated for both transport and local entertainment. The local area offers something for everyone and rivals the West End for entertainment, shopping, food and drink. There are over 500 bars, restaurants and cafes in the area, as well as local theatres and many places of interest.Within walking distance of Angel tube station and only minutes from Kings Cross and Euston, we are serviced by numerous bus routes and are conveniently located outside the congestion charge zone. The venue also benefits from on-site car parking, an adjacent Hilton Hotel and has full access for those with disabilities.
Facilities
The venue’s high barrel-vaulted ceiling and abundance of natural light make the BDC an ideal venue for exhibitions.
